MOVE IN / MOVE OUT
With all the stress involved in purchasing/renting a new home, the last thing you need to worry about is cleaning it yourself prior to move-in/move-out day. At LCO Cleaning, we specialize in the cleaning details of the moving process by offering several different types of move-in/move-out cleaning
packages to fit your specific needs.
Do you need a Complete Top-to-Bottom Move In/Out Clean or just a General Broom Swept Clean? Has the home you just bought already been cleaned by the seller, but you need a Once-Over Welcome Home Clean? Do you want to schedule a General Broom Swept Clean or a Once-Over Welcome Home Clean but need some additional Add-Ons.
Complete Top-to-Bottom Move In/Out Clean
- High and low dust all rooms, closets, hallways, stairs, etc., including thoroughly dusting all wall surface areas
- Cabinets cleaned inside and out, kitchen cleaned top to bottom; to include cleaning the inside and outside of all cabinets and appliances (top of the refrigerator)
- Thoroughly wash/wipe all surfaces including baseboards (also stair baseboards), doors (front and back) door frames, door jams, window sills, top and bottom ledges of windows, wood shelving, light fixtures (outside and as much as inside as possible), built-ins, light switch plates, and outlet covers
- All floors vacuumed and mopped
- All window sills, including top and bottom ledges, cleaned
- All blinds dusted and wiped clean as needed
- All fan blades, light fixtures, light switches, thermostat and alarm panels wiped clean
- All doors (front and back), door frames, door jams, and baseboards washed/scrubbed
- All bathrooms thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom including cleaning the inside of the cabinets
- Front and back storm doors or sliding glass doors cleaned on both sides
